Click here to submit your $75 (US) application fee. Follow the instructions in the payment process below. Your contact information will be forwarded to our offices. When we receive confirmation of your payment we will begin processing your request.

Step Two:
Your application will be e-mailed to you. Complete the application form and secure your references using the forms in the application. Return your forms via FAX or e-mail to Leadership Praxis.

Step Three:
Once we have received your application packet we will review your application. We will then notify you of your status. If you are selected to continue the process one of our representatives will contact you to schedule an interview.
